Role Description

This is an on‑site role for a Property Manager based in Orange, NSW. The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day property operations, including tenant communication, property maintenance coordination, rent collection, and lease management. The role involves conducting property inspections, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and generating reports for property performance.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage online leasing advertisements

Prepare agency agreements and leases

Conducting property routine inspections

Coordinate maintenance and repair works

Liaise with Tenants and Landlords in a timely and professional manner

Beyond the standard property management experience and a valid driver's license, we are looking for:

Problem‑solving skills and a "can‑do" attitude

Knowledge of local compliance and property laws (or the drive to learn)

A reliable chocolate addiction and love of dogs looked upon favourably
