- Owning end-to-end, high-volume recruitment across diverse portfolios (frontline to leadership)
- Partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver rapid, effective, and scalable hiring solutions
- Driving proactive sourcing strategies, including talent pooling, market mapping, and community pipelines
- Managing multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining exceptional candidate care
- Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders through coaching on hiring strategy, market insights, and best practice
- Building and nurturing ready-now talent pipelines for critical and repeat roles
- Leveraging data and insights to optimise time-to-fill, quality of hire, and process efficiency
- Contributing to employer branding, EVP, and diversity initiatives to strengthen attraction What you’ll bring
- Proven experience (3–5+ years) in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments (agency or in-house)
- Background in disability, community services, healthcare, or similar high-demand sectors (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large requisition volumes without compromising quality
- Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive talent
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels
- A commercial, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
- Experience using ATS systems, recruitment tech, and data to drive outcomes
