JLE Group is seeking a skilled Workshop Boilermaker for full-time workshop-based fabrication and maintenance supporting construction, mining, and tunnelling equipment hire. About the Role The primary focus is fabrication, installation, and maintenance of enclosures, skids, and industrial equipment, providing effective and efficient maintenance skills to ensure JLE equipment performs at optimum condition. Key responsibilities include:
- Make, fit, or repair equipment to ensure JLE equipment is in optimum condition for intended use.
- Ensure all work meets MGH safety/housekeeping requirements and conforms to relevant regulations.
- Identify faults using fault-finding techniques, troubleshoot, and rectify problems.
- Conduct root cause analysis on failures and schedule follow-up actions.
- Carry out routine and emergency maintenance/repairs.
- Perform general trade duties including welding, cutting, grinding, heat treatment, and stress relieving of steels.
- Undertake installation of new and fabricated components.
- Perform assigned duties safely and on time.
- Abide by all MGH policies/procedures and Work Health & Safety legislation.

- Certificate III Boilermaker
- Fabrication (Australian Nationally Accredited trade certificate) or demonstrated capability through past employment/relevant qualifications.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Safety conscious attitude.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- First Aid.
