- $85,530.07 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options ) Location: Orange, Dubbo or Bathurst , NSW – Find out more Hours Per Week: 38 Applications Close: 10 Jun 2026 – 11:59pm Recruitment Advisor People & Culture Directorate About the role The Recruitment Advisor provides high quality, customer focussed end‑to‑end recruitment support within Western NSW LHD. In this role, you will actively support quality recruitment activity with managers, applicants and the electronic recruitment system to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment episodes. You’ll work within legislation, policy and industrial frameworks – managing administration for workforce outcomes, including advertising and the candidate experience through onboarding and compliance checks of the successful applicants. This role is integral to recruiting to the workforce and directly contributes to building strong candidate relationships and you’ll be an invaluable partner in helping guide candidates and managers, through the District recruiting process. We’re seeking a high level administrator who thrives on providing excellent customer service, with an ability to self‑manage high volume workload and conflicting priorities. To be successful in this role you’ll have working knowledge of the recruitment process, electronic system and industrial requirements. You’ll be joining a supportive and genuinely collaborative team with training and development opportunities.
