Relief Management – Blayney (Blayney Shire Council)

Situated 30 minutes between Orange and Bathurst, this 21-room, single-story motel is looking for an experienced, professional, friendly, proactive relief management couple from about 20 July to 17 August 2027 (dates need to be slightly versatile within this period). All linen is outsourced; managers wash blankets as required. Housekeeping staff are in place. Managers strip rooms, place clean linen and remove rubbish. Reception hours are 8am to 7pm daily. No pool. General ground maintenance required – Lawns and gardens – equipment will be provided. No food. Well trained motel pets will be considered. Little Hotelier & Guestpoint experience preferred. Accommodation included: a three-bedroom manager’s residence (upstairs from reception). Handover training provided. $320 per day. The Motel is currently undergoing full renovations on the rooms with the first stage (10 rooms) set for completion around the end of June and the second stage (11 rooms) in mid-late August. During the relief period, due to the renovations only half of the motel will be operational. Managers are not involved in any of the renovation works.
