A Full-time position has now become available for an exceptional **Customer Service Officer** to join our energetic team, located at the head office, located at **Ormeau.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Inputting data and generating picking slips
- Cross checking of invoices
- Invoicing of completed orders
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaise with drivers regarding delivery times
- General office duties

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A strong background in the FMCG area with meat industry experience considered an advantage
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Strong computer and administration skills.
