About this opportunity

Our Samford store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's Customer Service department.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!

Responsibilities

Customer service experience is desired, but not essential

Ability to supervise team members

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Unparalleled commitment to customer service

Excellent communication skills

Ability to liaise with both team members and management

A flair for merchandising

Commitment to work health and safety standards
