**About the role**
You’ll be providing client support, handling general administration, and assisting brokers with day to day tasks. You’ll be trusted with real client work, learn on the job, and build a pathway into broking with structured development and mentoring.
**A Day in the Life**
- Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing (policies, endorsements, invoicing)
- Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy
- Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing through collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre
- Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues
- Continuously improve processes, stay updated through training, and uphold professional and ethical standards
**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar client support / administration role
- Attention to detail
- Clear and effective in stakeholder communication
- Great time management and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and commitment to client service excellence
- Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported)
