Sales Rep (Ormeau)

Role: Sales Representative – Mining & Quarry Equipment Location: Ormeau, QLD Salary Package: $90K–$110K + Uncapped Commissions + Fully Serviced Ute + Fuel Card Join a growing supplier of crushing & screening equipment servicing the mining, quarrying, and bulk materials sectors. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities across QLD. The Role
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Develop new business across mining & quarry sectors
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Promote crushing & screening equipment rentals and machine sales
- Educate clients on equipment performance, output improvements, and setup solutions
- Explain service, support, and warranty offerings
- Qualify leads and manage sales opportunities
- Attend networking and industry events
- Full sales cycle ownership from enquiry through to deal completion What We’re Looking For Experience in one or more of the following:
- Crushing & screening equipment
- Mining or quarry equipment sales
- Heavy machinery / plant hire
- Access equipment sales You’ll be:
- Energetic and relationship-driven
- Robust at account management and business development
- Comfortable working both in office and in the office
- Confident building long-term client relationships What’s On Offer
- $90K–$110K base salary
- Uncapped commission structure

- 38hr week: Mon–Thurs office/on road
- WFH Fridays
