We’re on the hunt for a Sales Representative to join our growing team!

**About the Role**: As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the key link between our production team and our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, providing quotes, and ensuring smooth communication from enquiry to delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Managing inbound enquiries and building relationships with both new and existing clients
- Preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate records in our systems
- Liaising with our production and dispatch teams to meet customer needs and timelines
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Providing clear, professional communication and support throughout the customer journey
- Attending regular client visits or industry events

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- you're cool under pressure and love a full inbox!
- Strong communication skills
- written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in a sales or customer service role (preferably in manufacturing, building, or trades)
- Knowledge of the glass processing or glazing industry is a big plus (but not essential)
- Proficiency with quoting and sales software (or willingness to learn)
