Bid Writer (Ormeau)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Bid Writer to play a pivotal role in securing exciting opportunities across the ANZ region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation to submission.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Development Managers (BDM), and State Managers to gather necessary information for compelling bid response
- Produce high-quality, professional content for bids, proposals, and tender submissions
- Oversee multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure our bids are competitive
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance with company policies and customer specifications
- Actively contribute to the improvement of our bid processes and success rates
