**Admin Assistant
- Full time (Immediate Start)**
Location: Ormeau, QLD 4208
TCB Solar is looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our team. If you’re confident with admin work and can handle multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you. --------------------------------
- What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing Energex paperwork for solar installations
- Ordering stock and coordinating with suppliers
- Booking jobs with customers and solar installers
- Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
- Maintaining accurate job records in our systems
- Updating project statuses in our CRM
- Coordinating schedules for technicians and contractors
- Preparing and organising basic reports or documentation
- Supporting the office with general admin duties --------------------------------
- What We’re Looking For:
- Previous admin experience preferred
- Robust attention to detail and task follow-through
- Confident communicator
- written and verbal
- Comfortable using computers and admin software
- Able to manage time and prioritise tasks
- Positive, professional, and self-motivated --------------------------------
- Job Details: Full-time role
Immediate start available
Monday to Friday, based in our Ormeau office --------------------------------
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $51,000.00
- $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
