**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Internal Sales Supervisor **based in **Ormeau. **This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade Sales team.

This is a full-time role working Monday
- Friday, 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervising a small team of Internal Sales Officers
- Coordinating, scheduling & delegating workload of orders throughout internal sales team.
- Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers
- Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Essential
- experience supervising & developing a team
- Desirable
- experience in the building or construction industry
- Strong organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
