BASED IN LUSCOMBE.

GREENFIELD site
- with the support of the Parent Business in Melbourne you will be leading the establishment of warehouse operations to support Queensland and the Northern Territory customers. Servicing many customers, including 2 premium customers based on the North Gold Coast. The role reports directly to the Head of Operations for the business.

You are joining a business that has regularly increased in size and revenue every year for the last 7 years
- doubling in the last 5 years with the beginning of a global footprint into the USA. It also exports to Recent Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom. The primary purpose of the business is the manufacture of aluminium to make products for the height safety and roof access needs of buildings.

**What does your day look like?**
- unloading and loading trucks
- loading product for customers to their trade utes
- helping customers with things that have gone wrong
- keeping a close on the inventory and keeping systems up to date
- participating in internal meetings (working closely with your NSW counter part and other VIC Team)
- maybe the odd delivery run for an urgent order
- leading workplace safety in the warehouse operations
- working closely with the QLD/NT Business Development Manager
- assemble a product range
- make freight bookings
- manage returned goods
- manage product out sourcing processes eg. powder coating

**Essential**:

- Experience in leading warehouse functions for a manufacturing, distribution or alike business for more than 3 years
- Proficiency in safe Forklift Operations including the load and unload of containers and bulk transport
- Competent to develop and maintain efficient warehouse operations
- Customer facing experience
- Working remotely with internal teams

**Desirable**
- Management of long length goods (6m) in a warehouse environment
- Assembly of products
- use of basic hand tools
- Qualification or certification in warehouse operations and/or lean manufacturing principles
- First Aid Qualification
- Freight bookings and management

**Salary**: $95,000.00
- $115,000.00 per year
