About the Role As our business continues to grow, we are seeking expressions of interest from motivated and detail-oriented Production Employees to join our team across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual opportunities. Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will support the production of cosmetic and therapeutic products while contributing to the continued growth and success of the business. Key responsibilities include
- Operating a variety of production machinery and equipment
- Following company policies, procedures, and GMP requirements
- Maintaining high standards of product quality and safety
- Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets About You To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Be able to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
- Have strong awareness of WHS/OHS practices
