Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to support the end-to-end AR function across our manufacturing, service, freight, and parts divisions. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this full-time, onsite role is responsible for accurate invoicing, timely payment allocations, account reconciliations, and effective customer account administration, ensuring the integrity of receivables and supporting strong cash flow across the business. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, and statements.
- Allocate incoming customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and account records within ERP systems.
- Assist with month-end Accounts Receivable close processes.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Dispatch, Warehouse, Service Administration, and Sales teams to resolve billing issues and delays.
- Assist in monitoring uninvoiced sales orders and incomplete billing transactions.
- Respond to customer account and invoice queries in a qualified and timely manner.

- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable or finance administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional processing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP/accounting systems. Desirable
- Experience within a manufacturing, service, logistics, or inventory-based environment.
- Experience with MYOB EXO or similar ERP systems.
