Customer Service Representative Fixed Term Contract Ormeau

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

This fixed-term role is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers by answering their questions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Work closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless communication and productive resolution of customer queries regarding product information, order status, billing and payment issues.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

Liaise with ALH states staff to resolve customer enquiries

Identify opportunities for improvement within the department and work collaboratively with other departments to implement solutions

Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Are you a MATCH?:

Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone

Previous experience in a contact centre desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Excellent phone manner

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Administrative and Sales experience (desirable)

Computer literate with the entire google suite

Solid verbal and written communication skills

A ‘can-do’ attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy
