Job Summary: As a Carpenter Apprentice/Labourer, you will work under the supervision of experienced carpenters and contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with carpentry tasks, performing general labour duties, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist carpenters with the installation, repair, and maintenance of structures and fixtures, including framing, roofing, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Perform general labour duties such as site clean-up, debris removal, and preparation of work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge in carpentry techniques and construction practices.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take direction.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour tasks.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and transportation to the job site every day.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required.
