Disability Support Worker (Alexandra Hills)

**Your New Role** Join our team to support our customer with complex health needs. With casual positions available, you will be based in Alexandra Hills and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring quality care and independence is at the forefront of services provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Excels in multiple support environments, including Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access.
- Experience in manual handling, feed assistance and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Extensive experience working with complex health support needs, medication administration and other mechanical aids
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights.

**Requirements**:

- A current Open Driver's Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with complex health needs.
