About the role Nest Insurance Brokers is seeking a passionate and dedicated Insurance Broker to join our team in Stirling, SA 5152. This part-time role will be responsible for providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial part in the continued growth and success of our brokerage. What you'll be doing 1. Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and identify appropriate insurance products 2. Researching the insurance market, comparing policies and providers to find the best coverage and value for clients 3. Preparing and presenting insurance proposals to clients, explaining policy details and coverage options 4. Negotiating with insurance providers to secure the most competitive premiums and terms for clients 5. Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, managing policy renewals and making claims on their behalf 6. Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures 7. Contributing to the development of the brokerage by identifying new business opportunities and sharing market insights What we're looking for 1. Proven experience as an Insurance Broker managing personal lines & SME clients 2. Strong knowledge of the insurance market, products, and regulations within the brokerage sector 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and referral partners 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and identify the most suitable insurance solutions 6. Proficient in using insurance-related software and technology to streamline processes and enhance client experience 7. A professional demeanour and commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct 8. Must hold Tier 1 General Insurance qualification 9.
