Description
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive person to join our busy bakery operations team in a full time Customer Service & Operations Coordinator role.

This is a fast-paced hands-on position working across:

- Customer service
- Order processing
- Dispatch coordination
- Invoicing & administration
- Logistics & pallet control
- Stock management
- Production coordination

You’ll be working closely with customers, drivers, packing, production and logistics teams to help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong communication & organisation skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Good computer/admin skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Experience in customer service, logistics, administration or FMCG is highly regarded
