**About the role**

Roof Force is seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Manager to join our team in Balcatta, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring exceptional service and support for our valued clients. You will manage and evaluate customer service and after-sales / ongoing projects, while maintaining strong and positive relationships with clients. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide weekly progress updates, suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency to enhance customer service.

**List of Tasks and Duties**:

- Designing and assessing policies, programs, and procedures that focus on customer relations and the provision of goods and services.
- Offering direction and feedback to team members while actively participating in the recruitment process.
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the professional growth of customer service staff.
- Strategizing and implementing after-sales services to track customer satisfaction, evaluate product performance, and improve service offerings.
- Coordinating with other departments, service agents, and customers to understand and meet customer needs and expectations

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven track experience in team leadership and managing a diverse team
- Planning, managing and reviewing customer services and after-sales services, and maintains sound customer relations.
- Experience in handling escalated client issues and resolving complex problems to ensure a positive client outcome
- Planning and implementing services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across different departments.
- A Valid driving license
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Leadership training with certification.
- Previous ISO Experience Desirable

Pay: $75,000.00
- $85,000.00 per year
