We are looking for a Customer Support Representative; someone who thrives on helping customers, enjoys problem solving, and delivers exceptional service across multiple communication channels. You’ll play a key role in supporting schools and ensuring they get the most out of our products.
What you’ll be doing
Deliver prompt, effective, and reliable support in line with our Service Level Commitments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product related queries
Maintain up to date knowledge of our software and contribute to internal knowledge base articles
Escalate issues where needed to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive team culture at Tes Australia
About You
Passionate about supporting customers and making a meaningful impact
Experience in customer service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, transparent way
Highly organised, self motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using technology, particularly Office 365
Quick to learn new software — full training provided during your first three months
