We are looking for an ambitious, organised and creatively switched-on Salon Marketing Coordinator to join the HD Haley team. This is not a traditional reception role. And it’s not a corporate marketing role either. This is a hybrid position designed for someone who wants to step into the real world of modern business, client experience, content, brand growth and marketing strategy inside one of the most exciting industries in Australia. The role is split across two key areas: 70% Marketing & Brand Growth You will work directly with the business on:
• Content creation coordination
• Social media planning
• Marketing calendars
• Promotional campaigns
• Brand strategy support
• Assisting with Meta advertising direction
• Working alongside external marketing partners
• Supporting internal business growth projects
• Helping bring campaigns and launches to life
• Tracking what is working and where we can improve This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, creativity, trends, communication and seeing ideas come to life in real time. 30% Client Experience & Front of House A portion of the role also supports the day-to-day client journey inside the salon. This includes:
• Welcoming clients into the space
• Managing phone, email and DM enquiries
• Assisting with bookings and salon flow
• Supporting the client journey from first contact through to checkout
• Creating a warm, elevated and highly organised experience for every guest We want to be transparent about this part of the role because transparency matters to us. This is a collaborative role inside a fast-moving business, and client experience is a huge part of what makes HD Haley special. Who This Role Would Suit This role would be ideal for someone who:
• Has recently completed a marketing, communications or business degree
• Wants real hands-on experience instead of sitting inside a corporate graduate program
• Loves social media, branding and content
• Is naturally organised and proactive
• Has strong communication skills
• Enjoys both creativity and people
• Wants to grow with a business long term
• Is excited by the idea of helping shape and evolve their role over time What Makes This Role Different Most entry-level marketing roles involve sitting behind a screen all day with little ownership or creativity. This role gives you the opportunity to:
