The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs, analysing processes, and translating requirements into clear, actionable outcomes that enable successful project delivery. Job Description Business Analysis & Requirements
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Develop artefacts including business requirements documents, user stories, and process maps
- Ensure requirements are traceable, prioritised, and aligned to business outcomes Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather and validate requirements
- Support stakeholder alignment and decision-making Process Improvement
- Analyse current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Define future-state processes aligned to business and technology strategy
- Support continuous improvement initiatives Delivery Support
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to support project execution
- Contribute to solution design discussions
- Support testing activities and define acceptance criteria
- Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements Governance & Documentation
- Maintain clear and structured documentation aligned to Sodexo standards
- Support portfolio governance through accurate artefact management
- Ensure consistency in business analysis methodologies and tools Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environments
- Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills
- Experience working within structured project or portfolio delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into explicit, actionable insights
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery
- Experience with tools such as Triskell or similar portfolio platforms is advantageous Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
