About the role Dhaba Innaloo is seeking a talented fulltime cook to join our team in Perth WA 6000. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in preparing and delivering delicious Indian cuisine to our customers. As an experienced cook, you will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality Indian dishes to our exacting standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as required What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a cook or chef in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
