Property Manager (Balcatta)

We are a leading NDIS accommodation provider. We offer NDIS accommodation services to people with disabilities across Perth, WA.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager for a newly created role to manage a portfolio of 50 properties from our office based in Balcatta. The role is part time to work 3 days per week..

**To be successful in the role you will need experience with**:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties under commercial practices.
- Property Condition Reports.
- Routine Entry and Exit Inspections.
- Leasing.
- Experience/Ability to use Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Express to help make your day run smoothly.
- Management of property assets
- furniture and appliances.
- Management of property maintenance
- Monthly property expense reports
- Management for a small fleet of vehicles
- registration, servicing, and maintenance.

- Current Property Management Registration
- A current Australian Driver's License

- Minimum 1-year previous property management experience

**Job Type**: Part time

Pay: $70,000.00
- $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Australian Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
