About the Role As a Leasing Consultant, you will guide customers through the novated leasing journey from enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will work closely with customers, dealerships, financiers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional experience at every touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include
- Managing inbound and outbound novated leasing enquiries
- Preparing and presenting tailored novated lease quotationsEducating customers on the benefits of novated leasing
- Building strong relationships with customers, employers and dealership networks
- Delivering a high standard of customer service aligned to Kooya's values
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and performance-driven team What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded and passionate about delivering outcomes. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience within novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance or a similar industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in novated leasing, salary packaging, automotive finance or similar industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
