Lead Designer (Osborne Park)

They're growing, and are looking for an experienced Designer to grow with them. The Role: This is a hands-on design role with real ownership. You'll work across both residential and commercial projects, from early concept through to documentation and contributing meaningfully at every stage. You'll be trusted to lead design on your own projects, collaborate with team members, and bring fresh thinking to how they work. Day to day, you'll be:
- Leading concept development and design documentation across residential and commercial projects
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
- Producing detailed construction documentation using ArchiCAD and 4D Library
- Helping to lift the quality and consistency of their documentation standards
- Collaborating with other designers/draftspersons and contributing to a positive studio culture About You: You're a creative and technically capable designer who cares about the quality of your work. You have strong opinions about design but know how to listen. You're organised enough to manage multiple projects at once, and collaborative enough to make everyone around you better. You'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience either in an architectural practice or residential builder
- Strong design skills across either residential and commercial typologies
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD and 4D Library
- Solid understanding of the NCC and R-codes, planning frameworks, and construction documentation
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and visual
