We need Key Account Managers who share our belief’s and want to work where we deliver technology with purpose. As our new Key Account Manager (KAM) WA , you will be the strategic relationship leader for SmartTech’s most important customers. You’ll hold responsibility for nurturing long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, aligning customer needs with SmartTech’s solutions, and driving sustained revenue growth. This is a perfect role for someone who loves being at the intersection of commercial performance, customer success, and solution leadership. You’ll help customers see an optimised version of themselves — one where their people go home safe, their operations run smarter, and their teams feel empowered by innovation rather than overwhelmed by it. What You’ll Do: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers across key industrial segments. Build deep, trusted relationships with site leaders, project managers, and commercial stakeholders. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the SmartTech portfolio. Run structured quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance insights sessions with key stakeholders including OEM’s. Develop account plans with clear action pipelines and revenue targets. Collaborate closely with product and solution managers, suppliers, and operations to drive outcomes. Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer insights to leadership. Champion SmartTech’s value proposition, safety vision, and technology roadmap. What You Bring: 3–10+ years experience in key account management, B2B sales, or commercial roles. Experience in mining, construction, or industrial technology (ideal but not essential). A relationship-first mindset — you build trust through credibility, follow-through, and insight. Strong commercial acumen: you understand revenue, margin, pipelines, and customer lifetime value. Ability to create and execute structured account plans. Skilled at leading conversations with senior customer stakeholders. Comfortable in energetic environments — you move fast, prioritise well, and own outcomes. Passion for helping customers improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.
