Offering an empathetic, efficient and caring approach, our client assists with monitoring customers nationally and delivers innovative solutions to corporate, not-for-profit, government and residential customers. About The Prospect The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to respond to a variety of alarm events while communicating with clients to assist with their needs. Reporting to the Central Monitoring Station Team Leader, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively participate as a member of the Central Monitoring Station team
- Follow standard monitoring response procedures according to AS2201.2
- Record all actions clearly and accurately in the Patriot monitoring platform
- Update client information accurately in the Patriot monitoring platform
- Liaise with clients/stakeholders regarding alarm/event activations
- Respond to alarm/event activations in a timely manner About You The successful candidate will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- clear, concise and accurate manner in person and over the phone
- A high level of computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new systems and software
- The ability to maintain professionalism in all and every aspect of the Monitoring Station Operations
- Patience, understanding and empathy wherever possible
- The ability to work in a team environment You will also need:
- Security Officer's licence or willingness to obtain
- Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
