As a Childcare Educator, you'll be the mastermind behind creating unforgettable play-based learning experiences for our tiny titans (ages 6 months to 5 years). Your mission: to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that sets the stage for each child's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Our daycare and early learning centre is a convenient choice for families in Marangaroo, Alexander Heights, Greenwood, Landsdale and Madeley. Great Beginnings Marangaroo offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.

Our state-of-the-art early learning centre offers a vibrant and engaging workplace, designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in our young explorers. Our facilities include:
- Spacious indoor and outdoor play areas, perfect for active learning and adventure- Modern rooms equipped with the latest technology and age-appropriate resources- A diverse range of activities to foster growth and development

With a capacity for up to 72 children, our centre is open from 7am to 6pm, providing a protected and nurturing space for your little ones to thrive.

**Your role**
- Lead in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
- Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
- Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures

**Our Requirements**
- Hold a minimum ACECQA Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
