My client a privately family owned manufacturing business with clients in the construction and mining industry, based in the Northern suburbs, are seeking a CFO with 10 plus years finance experience.
The company would have an approx an annual turnover of 80 plus mill and rapidly growing in WA. With team of over approx 50 employees excluding contractors.
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be working closely with the CEO in an executive role managing a company's finances, overseeing financial planning, risk, reporting, and strategy, working closely with the owners to ensure financial health and growth, and managing the finance team.
You will support growth and development, finding ways to make more money and savings.
Key responsibilities include Finance Management Financial Reporting Budgeting Managing cash flow Risk Management Systems and Compliance Health and Growth
