About the role
Juniper is seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Customer Support Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation. This is a pivotal role where compassion meets coordination, and every interaction counts.
As the first point of contact for prospective and emerging customers and their families, you’ll deliver empathetic, knowledgeable support that reflects Juniper’s values. You’ll also build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Educate, problem-solve, and guide customers toward solutions.
Prepare quotes, contracts, reports, and customer information packages.
Manage general office duties.
Assist with meetings, events, travel, and special projects. Maintain sales documentation and run weekly reports.
Deliver personalised support across multiple channels. Capture feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all activities align with aged care regulations and privacy standards.
Uphold WHS standards and participate in safety training and risk management activities.
Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Business or equivalent
3+ years in customer service, sales support, or administration
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Understanding of aged care systems and standards (desirable)
