Role Overview We're seeking senior & experienced Contracts Administrators to join our talented contracts team, here in our head office in Osborne Park. This is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday alongside industry leading professionals in the civil construction industry. As the Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management of contracts, overseeing compliance, cost control, documentation, and communication between sub‑contractors, clients, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Contributing to the development and implementation of contract administration procedures, documents and management plans.
- Interpreting and explaining contract requirements, and terms and conditions to stakeholders to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements.
- Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve the planned outcomes of the contract.
- Applying required administrative processes and effectively monitoring contract performance against agreed terms.
- Pre‑contracts and project start‑up.
- Preparation and administering of subcontract/supply agreements.
- Head contract administration. What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 3–7+ years’ experience within the construction/resources industry.
- Proven competency in procurement and contract administration.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills for a diverse and challenging workload.
- Outstanding organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and personnel, while effectively and efficiently managing their output.
- Proof of rights to work in Australia.
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or similar field (preferred but not essential).
