Experienced Retail Pool & SPA Store Manager (Helensvale)

We are seeking an experienced store manager or those with senior retail experience to join our retail team on a full time basis.
- Oversee daily operations for our Helensvale Store, you will be required to perform heavy lifting tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and expert advice on pool and spa chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with water testing and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Lead, train, and supervise shop staff
- You must have a strong sales drive and be responsible for sales targets, visual merchandising, inventory control, optimising business operations
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of new products and industry trends
- Coordinate with service technicians for more complex jobs.
- Assist with minor repairs or diagnostics of pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, etc.).
- Problem-solve pool & spa issues
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: $75,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
