Under the guidance of the dedicated Financial Controller, you'll experience an approachable management style focused on your success. **About the Role**: Due to rapid and recent growth the new Finance Officer role will see your initial primary responsibility to be 80% Accounts Receivable/ Debt Collection and 20% Accounts Payable moving to a more balanced spilt of 50/50 post July 1 with the opportunity to gain exposure across multiple finance functions post EOFY. **_This is role is a fantastic opportunity to grow and diversify your finance career._** **What's in it for you?**

**What you’ll bring**:

- **Relevant Experience**: Recent proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection as well as Accounts Payable.
- **Software Experience**: Familiarity with finance software, with experience in XERO considered advantageous.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and warm negotiation skills to interact easily with valued vendors and clients.
- **Team Player**: You enjoy collaborating in a friendly and cooperative workplace
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
