Retail Manager (Helensvale)

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fix My Mobile store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
- Maintain Case Supply and ensure staff is trained properly to sell Cases and Accessories.
- Work with manufacturers to bring in effective marketing displays for the store floor and store windows.
- Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines.

Pay: $73,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
