Experienced Retail Pool & Spa Store Manager Helensvale

We are seeking an experienced store manager or those with senior retail experience to join our retail team on a full time basis.

Oversee daily operations for our Helensvale Store, you will be required to perform heavy lifting tasks.

Provide excellent customer service and expert advice on pool and spa chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.

Assist customers with water testing and recommend appropriate treatments.

Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

Lead, train, and supervise shop staff

You must have a strong sales drive and be responsible for sales targets, visual merchandising, inventory control, optimising business operations

Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability.

Maintain a robust understanding of recent products and industry trends

Coordinate with service technicians for more complex jobs.

Assist with minor repairs or diagnostics of pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, etc.).

Problem-solve pool & spa issues

Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays

Pay: $75,000.00
- $100,000.00 per year
