Sushi Shop Store Manager (Helensvale)

Hello, this is Hero Sushi. Hero Sushi is a Sushi Takeaway and Restaurant brand operating approximately 50 stores across Australia, with most stores managed directly by the head office. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a Manager.

**[Position]**
- Manager (Full-time, flexible schedule, approximately 40-45 hours per week)
- Long-term commitment, capable of store management and team leadership

**[Salary/Adult]**
- **There is a 3 to 4-week training period.**:

- **After training, Hourly, Before tax**:

- **Weekdays $31.00/hourly**:

- Weekend rates x1.25-1.5, Public holidays x2.25, Overtime x1.5 or x2 as applicable
- 12% Super
- Annual leave + Sick leave

**[Responsibilities]**
- Store operations and management
- Team supervision and staff training
- Sushi and menu quality control
- Managing and reporting store sales

**[Requirements]**
- **At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry.**:

- **Sushi-making experience is preferred, but not mandatory.**:

- Must have a TFN
- Visa holders eligible to work full-time
- Adaptable availability
- Good health
- Able to communicate in English
