**The Role**

As our Content and Marketing Coordinator, you'll wield the power of storytelling to create dynamic and engaging content across various platforms, with a significant focus on TikTok and other social media channels. Your mission is to captivate our audience, fostering a vibrant online community that grows with us.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and manage agile digital content that delivers a cohesive, on-brand aesthetic, that’s instantly recognisable and consistent across multiple channels including social media, website and more.
- Take charge of our social media calendar, ensuring our messages are engaging and strategically aligned to spread our vision and values.
- Analyze digital performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine and optimize our content strategy for greater engagement and effectiveness.
- Work with our network of childcare centres to maximise their social profiles inline with brand values and guidelines
- Develop and manage a strong branding strategy for social media, embracing digital advancements and innovations to make Harmony Early Education stand out as leaders in our field.
- Collaborate with our videographer and other teams to determine campaign objectives, and craft unified and compelling marketing activations.
- Maximize consumer engagement with marketing content, making sure Harmony Early Education's presence is not only visible but meaningful and influential.
- Aid with the visual design of promotional materials.

**About You**
- You're a creative content creation wizard with a passion for social media, keen on staying up-to-date with industry trends, and have 2+ years of experience on digital media and social marketing platforms.
- Significant experience in social media marketing and creating high quality marketing content.
- A degree in marketing or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media metrics, trends, and analytics, coupled with an exceptional analytical skill set to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, with the ability to create engaging content, and familiarity with viral content strategies.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a keen eye for design and the ability to adapt to emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear instructions, engage and inspire, and adapt your narrative style to various audiences.
- Highly adaptable in a rapidly evolving social media landscape, with an eye for aesthetics and strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing competing priorities projects without dropping the ball.
- Independent yet collaborative, with a desire to contribute to a team dedicated to continuous improvement and excellence in early education, and the ability to quickly grasp and implement new trends and features.
