This role adds value to our organisation by assisting, supporting, and resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues whilst building lasting and valued customer relationships, identifying needs, providing innovative solutions, meeting commitments, and delivering quality experiences at every touch point that exceed customer expectations.
In addition:
- Offering accurate and detailed information about the company's products, and services, to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Offering basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers experiencing product-related issues or difficulties
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, or issues promptly and effectively
- Assisting customers with order placement, processing transactions, and facilitating credits according to company policies and procedures.
- Updating and maintaining customer account information, including contact details, preferences, and transaction history, in the company's database or CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and support business objectives.
**About You**
We’re looking for a team player with good people and relationship skills, someone who isn't easily affected when resolving problems that arise and a willingness to contribute to a positive work workplace with demonstrated capability in self-motivation and initiative., as essential to success in this role.
You must be/have:
- highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
- competency using MS Suite, ability to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
