Are you passionate about making a real difference in someone's life? Do you have experience supporting individuals with dementia? We're on the lookout for another superstar support worker to join our warm and dedicated team, supporting a lovely participant in Helensvale.

This isn’t just another job—it’s an opportunity to support someone truly special.

**About the Participant**: Our participant is a vibrant 65-year-old woman who used to work as a hairdresser. She’s incredibly sociable, loves valuable company, and connects with people of all ages. She is living with frontotemporal dementia, which is progressing quickly. While she experiences confusion and needs constant support and redirection at times, there are still moments where she enjoys a chat and might even make you a cup of tea!

She deserves someone kind, patient, and enthusiastic to help her feel safe, valued, and supported every single day.

**What We're Looking For**: We're after someone with a positive attitude, a big heart, and the skills to match!

**You must have**:

- Minimum Cert III in Disability or Individual Support (Nursing applicants also welcome)
- Experience with dementia support
- First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A reliable, fully insured vehicle
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative support team
- A true passion for support work and helping others live their best life
- Pay rate will depend on your qualifications and the times that support is delivered.
