Maintenance Team Leader - Childcare Centres (Helensvale)

**South-East QLD & Northern NSW Region** **- Full Time**

Join Harmony Early Education as a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader, overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance team across multiple centres. Your work will directly contribute to safe, beautiful environments where children and teams can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and lead onsite maintenance teams
- Manage daily, weekly, and quarterly maintenance schedules
- Mentor team members and foster a positive team culture
- Liaise with Centre Directors to align work with centre operations
- Complete general and preventative maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track tasks using our CMMS (MEX)

**What You Will Bring**
- Trade background or strong maintenance experience
- Leadership and workflow coordination skills
- CMMS knowledge (MEX preferred)
- Current Working with Children Check & Police Clearance
- Full Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
- Solid communication and time management
- Own tools
