Sales Support, Inventory Controller (Helensvale)

**Introduction**: THE PROSPECT We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support and Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. We specialize in creating high-quality branded products for businesses, events, and organizations nationwide. Supporting the sales and operations teams, the primary focus of this role is to take accountability for all stock ordering for the Signal Group. This role will focus on regular domestic and overseas stock orders for production stock, regular stocked lines and all stock requirements for one off orders. **Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and client communication.
- Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and tracking sales activity.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Assisting with product pricing, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player with great communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in the merchandise or manufacturing industry (desirable but not essential).
