- Opportunity to shape training initiatives for diverse audiences**The Opportunity**: We are seeking a creative and dynamic **Digital Content Developer** to join our team, playing a pivotal role in developing engaging and innovative training content for both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is crucial to the success of our national training division, and you'll be responsible for creating, curating and managing compelling digital content across a variety of platforms, including e-learning, websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters. If you have a passion for storytelling, a solid grasp of technical skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences, we want to hear from you!
**Role Located**:Sherwood, QLD or Welshpool, WA

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality, original content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
- Write, edit, and proofread e-learning, blogs, articles, social media posts, and multimedia content, collaborating with designers to ensure visual appeal.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely updates for the KTA website, SharePoint, and LMS.
- Conduct research on industry trends and analyse content performance to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business goals and generate innovative ideas.
- Support content strategy development and identify new opportunities to expand the brand’s reach.
- Provide ongoing support to the National Training team and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
**What we are looking for**:
- Diploma in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital content creation or a similar role.
- Proven experience in utilising e learning software eg Articulate storyline, Adobe Captivate etc
- Creativity and innovation in producing engaging content.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimise content.
- Strong project management, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptable to new tools and trends in digital content.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing internal and external relationships.
- Familiarity with Dynamics/AX/D365.
