Gym Operations Assistant (Pakenham)

**BetterYOU Fitness is expanding!** We’re looking for enthusiastic, people-focused team members to be the face of our gym. If you’ve got great energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for health and fitness — we’d love to hear from you.

**Your role**:

- Deliver friendly, professional service to all members and guests
- Conduct engaging gym tours and confidently sign up new members
- Handle member admin, paperwork, and data entry
- Support sales initiatives and community events
- Maintain a clean, welcoming gym space

**We’re looking for**:

- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable with admin and basic computer use

Pay: $33.00
- $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
