**Black Rubber Pakenham**is looking to expand their team of experienced Service & Workshop Tyre Fitters!

We are a member of the National Tyre & Wheel Group (NTAW), Australasia’s largest tyre, wheel, and accessory wholesaler.

**Roles/Responsibilities**
- Monitoring fleet tyre performance, addressing damage, and wear issues.
- Assessing and diagnosing tyre-related problems.
- Troubleshooting issues like wheel balancing, tyre, wheel, and rim damage, and wear.
- Conducting rotations, pressure checks, balancing, and puncture repairs.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Adhering to company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting with the completion of relevant documentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year tyre fitting experience.
- Valid driver's licence & reliable transport.
- _Desirable: Certificate II in Tyre Fitting, OTR & Heavy vehicle experience_
