Shadbolt Group is seeking experienced Boilermakers / Welders to join our team at our Pakenham workshop.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a well-established fabrication business delivering quality outcomes across a range of structural and project-based work.

About The Role

You will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication tasks within our workshop environment, ensuring all work meets required standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Welding and fabrication of structural steel components
- MIG welding (and other processes as required)
- Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
- Ensuring weld quality meets specification standards
- Operating workshop tools and equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean, protected, and efficient workspace

About You

- Trade qualification
- Proven welding experience in a workshop environment
- Strong MIG welding skills (ticketed welders advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
