**Experienced Administration All-Rounder**

- Pakenham VIC 3810** **Part-Time | On-site | Early Start, Early Finish**

At **ThorCab Joinery**, we’re a fast-paced, dynamic joinery business where there’s **never a dull moment**. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and efficiency — and we’re looking for an **experienced Administration All-Rounder** to join our busy team.
If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving setting, loves variety, and takes ownership of your role, this is the chance for you.
You’ll work **on-site** and closely with management to support the day-to-day operations of our business. No two days will ever be the same — you’ll be right in the middle of it all, keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
**Hours**: **Monday to Thursday**: 8:00am
- 3:00pm **Friday**: 8:00am
- 1:00pm (midday) Enjoy your afternoons free with our **early start and early finish schedule!**
**Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)**:
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Data entry using **Hubdoc** and **Xero** (experience essential)
- Creating and maintaining **Excel spreadsheets** (strong skills required)
- Preparing quotes and following up with clients
- Scheduling installations and coordinating with the team
- Supporting management with ad-hoc admin duties
- Keeping track of live jobs and their progress in the system
- General Office admin duties stationery, OH & S register
- Customer Service, handling customer enquiries and providing assistance when required.

You’re an experienced, reliable, and proactive administrator who thrives in a busy environment. You’re a quick learner, organised, resourceful, and always looking for ways to make things more efficient.
**You’ll need to have**:
- Proven **administration experience** in a fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency with **Xero**, **Hubdoc**, and **Excel, Could based systems**:
- Excellent **time management** and **multi-tasking** abilities
- Solid **customer service** and English **communication** skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Initiative to improve processes and take ownership of your role
- A good memory and ability to stay on top of multiple live jobs
- Be resourceful & quick thinker problem solver.
- Reliable & honest individual who aims for professional growth.
